We bought this from a small business in Uganda that imports products from Kenya.  Though they are neighbors, it isn't particularly easy to get back and forth and there is swift business at the borders.  The small business industry was crippled by COVID 19 and we tried to spread our purchasing power out among as many vendors as we could - in an attempt to give a little bit of help.
